"Sonshine" In A Bag
Hosted by the Germantown First Church of God, and working with other community churches, "Sonshine" in a Bag is offering bags of food for school aged children in the Valley View Community.
The bags include nonperishable items like peanut butter and jelly, canned fruit, canned veggies, mac & cheese, Chef Boyardee, and more! Two bags of food per child will be delivered to your home the 2nd and 4th week of every month.

This is the local government agency that coordinates services and funding for eligible children and adults who have a qualifying diagnosis of an intellectual or developmental disability. The agency connects people to critical services in the community, and coordinates services and funding, which includes, but is not limited to case management, transportation services, employment support services, adult day services, safety and protection services, residential services, and intermediate care facilities.

CAMP (Community Action Mission Program)
Benefit Bank volunteers use a specially-designed online system to assess clients’ eligibility for public benefit programs like food stamps, childcare subsidies and home energy assistance, and provide completed applications for these programs. Benefit Bank volunteers can also be trained to do simple taxes for low income families and seniors.
